Many people find their daily lives to be fast-paced, complex, and full of demands. Work obligations, personal responsibilities, and digital distractions often keep us constantly preoccupied with thoughts of the past or the future. As a result, we easily lose touch with the present moment.

Mindfulness can help you regain a sense of presence and clarity in your life. By consciously observing your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, you can develop a new way of dealing with stress and challenges.

Mindfulness training helps people focus their attention and develop greater inner peace. It is not about controlling thoughts or suppressing problems, but rather about developing a more mindful approach to internal and external experiences.

Through mindfulness, many people discover new perspectives on their lives and learn to treat themselves with greater care.

In mindfulness training, a distinction is made between formal and informal training. A formal training can last between one hour and several days, or over several sessions up to eight weeks.

Informal training is on-the-job, so to speak. Work is not interrupted for training, but extended or enriched by mindfulness. Our mindfulness training combines elements of formal and informal training.

Our inspiring and sustainable six- or eight-week training program is designed specifically for employees in the workplace. Through repeated training and the development of a mindful mindset, participants learn to face everyday challenges with more presence, serenity and freedom of choice.

Our mindfulness training is also very suitable for team trainings, as it strongly influences the way people interact with each other. Shorter sessions can be integrated into team or leadership seminars or workshops.
