About us
George Peterburs
Creating resonance is one of the key principles in George's work.
Resonance for people means experiencing themselves as self-determined, self-regulated and socially engaged, combined with awareness, liveliness and values in doing and being. Resonance in an organization means creating a safe space that enables everyone involved to develop personal and organizational impact and meaningfulness.
George works as a teacher, speaker, author and coach on human well-being, resilience and mindfulness. He also coaches organisations in cultural change or conflict situations.
George has a Masters (M.A.) in Philosophy and Economics and is a multi-certified coach (CPCC, PCC, LCP) and mindfulness teacher (MBCT, Oxford Mindfulness Foundation).

Meret Hartmann
Health as a state of inner and outer well-being should be accessible to everyone and promoted through my work.
Meret creates workshops, trainings and consultations that empower her participants to take responsibility for their mental health on their own, using simple tools. Her training and presentation style is like her: direct and hands-on, focused on the essentials, always in motion and with a dose of wit to entertain. Because hearty laughter also brings inner peace.
At resonance, she gets to combine her experience in clinical psychology and her passion for prevention. Together with George, she is the head behind the resonance strategy and develops the mental health programs.
Her master's degree in health psychology and clinical psychology, her research in mindfulness-based psychotherapy, and her ongoing training in mindfulness practices and medical relaxation methods, as well as her several years of experience as a journalist, give her a unique insight and understanding of human behavior and experience.

Lisa Brandner
Combining purpose, business and well-being
Lisa's academic journey began with a focus on business and management, acquiring a strong foundation in the corporate world, but always eager to channel her skills into a meaningful context.
Seeking a deeper sense of purpose, Lisa embarked on a life-changing adventure to India and Nepal. In this spiritual journey, she delved into the ancient wisdom of yoga and the therapeutic potential of sound healing. She discovered the profound connection between physical and mental well-being.
Joining resonance enabled her to integrate her newfound passion for holistic wellness into her professional pursuits. As part of the resonance team, she had the privilege of contributing to purpose-driven projects that align with her core values.
In the past years, Lisa has embraced a nomadic lifestyle, traveling the world while teaching yoga and working remotely for resonance. This unique balance has allowed her to explore diverse cultures, connect with inspiring individuals, and continue her personal and professional growth journey. By sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga, she aims to empower others to prioritize their physical and mental health, recognizing their vital role in achieving a harmonious life.
She is excited to embark on this journey and continue to make a positive impact in the world, one mindful step at a time.
