Our
methods

We work with recognised and scientifically supported methods for the sustainable promotion of mental health and well-being. With a broad expertise through diverse methods from mindfulness approaches, relaxation medicine and neuroscience, we teach standardised and recognised course formats as well as tailor-made programmes for individuals and organisations.

Our experts and partners are continuously educating themselves within and beyond their areas of expertise and create offers according to the latest findings of empirical research.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is not only a scientifically recognised method. It is an attitude of meeting one's own experiences with awareness and benevolence, especially the difficult and unpleasant ones. Starting with simple exercises that take us out of the autopilot of everyday life, we gradually turn our focus to mental, emotional and physical experiences and learn to encounter them in an unbiased and equanimous way.

Meditation

Meditation can have a very beneficial effect on mental health.
Through meditation we strengthen the ability to become aware of inner processes. We recognize the causal interactions between mind and body and experience the freedom of not having to react to an impulse, but being able to consciously choose an action.

Positive Neuroplasticity

Neuroscientific findings confirm that our experiences, thoughts and feelings have a direct influence on the structure of our brain. Through regular practice, the method makes it possible to consciously control the formation of health-promoting neuronal connections in the brain and at the same time to counteract the brain's tendency towards negativity in the long term.

Resilience

Resilience is the ability to meet challenges in a skilful way with appropriate inner resources.

Psychological resilience can be learned. We can learn to understand our challenges and see them as opportunities for growth rather than threats. Recognising and cultivating useful resources is an important element of resilience.

Balance of doing and being

Many people spend the majority of their daily lives in doing mode, often even in driven doing. This has an enormous impact on mental health and well-being, as the psychologically internalized doing mode saps one's strength and can prevent the body's self-regulation. Mental and physical recovery takes place in the being mode. We show you how to switch from doing to being mode and find your balance of doing and being.

Medical relaxation methods

Regular relaxation prevents mental and physical illnesses and also plays an important role in treatment.

Relaxation methods are techniques for self-relaxation that are easy to learn and apply independently. They strengthen body awareness, serve as an effective coping strategy and bring the nervous system into balance through regular practice.
