Finding the right mental tool

In the mental health toolbox, you will find a selection of particularly suitable tools to be able to react to challenges in a situational way. Not every tool is equally suitable for every person. With the toolbox, everyone can choose and try the tool that is helpful and works.

The toolbox can also be used to regularly encourage employees of an organization to try out techniques, take responsibility for their own mental health and promote self-efficacy.
