Shinrin Yoku as a Japanese method of physical and mental regeneration means "immersion in the atmosphere of the forest". In Shinrin Yoku, nature is experienced mindfully and with benevolent wonder.
Shinrin Yoku combines practices from mindfulness traditions and relaxation methods with the numerous health benefits of the forest. In the workshops and seminars a new experience of the forest is conveyed decelerating and revitalizing the body and mind.
