Anyone who can think can also learn to meditate. Meditation takes place in silence while sitting or in slow, mindful movement, outdoors or indoors.
At resonance, beginners and advanced meditators can find their own personal path to their own meditation practice. For organizations, we offer regular short meditation sessions live or online or introduce various meditation techniques as part of a meditation training course lasting several weeks.
resonance offers the simple meditation training (also online) as well as guided meditations, either regularly on site or on special occasions or events.
