Balance of doing and being
2-hour online course
Our lives can easily become unbalanced. Sometimes all it takes for our mind to lose its balance is a single, disruptive impulse. In this interactive Well-being workshop, you will learn helpful tools to navigate between the mode of doing and the mode of being. When the mind is stuck in the mode of driven doing, we lose awareness, choice and creativity. The mind and brain are focused on survival. How can we recognize that we are in the mode of driven doing and free ourselves from this mode with ease?
