Maintain and strengthen mental health
Inner and outer well-being are the most important resources for a satisfied life. Every person has the ability to create the well-being that suits him or her. We see our task in accompanying this individual discovery of inner resources.
We accompany private individuals, employees and leaders in psychologically challenging life situations, in decision-making or in change requests and processes. The coaching sessions and consultations can take place online or in person. Our coaching sessions are specifically solution-oriented and are enriched by elements from mindfulness practice, neuroscience and relaxation medicine.

Coaching for individuals
The initial coaching meeting is about getting to know each other and determining possible goals for the coaching. What are the challenges and how are your own resources assessed?
Possible topics include decision-making at work or in private life, career changes or questions about identity, happiness and fulfillment. Often, current stressful situations are in the foreground and are addressed first.
Psychological counseling
Psychological stresses of a private and professional nature can severely limit the quality of life. In coaching or counseling, we face challenges and emotional burdens together. If necessary, we look for further measures and external solutions together. Our counseling sessions aim to strengthen and raise awareness of inner processes and resources. With the help of mindfulness-based approaches, we discover possibilities for the inner handling of psychological resources.
Coaching for groups of 2 or 3 people
In work or private situations, well-being and success usually depend on cognitively and emotionally functioning relationships with one or more people. If there are disturbances, then often the mental health is also affected. We offer a safe space for relationship partners, couples or leadership duos to search for solutions together, to define goals and values, to formulate needs and to address conflicts.

George Peterburs
George has been providing one-on-one coaching for over 7 years. His approach is mindfulness-based and resource-oriented. On the one hand, it is about promoting awareness in perception and action and, on the other hand, about strengthening one's own inner resources and trusting them. George creates a safe space for clients to explore and grow.
