30 minutes online meditations

Guided group meditations are a wonderful way to experience the benefits of meditation while being in a supportive community. They provide a structured and guided experience that allows participants to promote inner peace, reduce stress, and achieve improved mental clarity and mindfulness. The goal is to quiet the thoughts, calm the mind, and achieve a state of inner clarity and presence.

The online meditations allow:

  • the development of mindfulness in order to go through the day more consciously and more presently
