Resilience group for men

A safe space for mindful exchange, inner strengths and feelings

The resilience group offers the opportunity for encounters at eye level, silence and healing: free from the pressure to perform and role clichés. Together we explore how we can develop inner stability, stay emotionally present and live in healthy connection with ourselves and others.

We are planning a manageable size for the resilience group and the number of participants is limited accordingly. If there are more people interested, we will make a waiting list.

Initially, 5 dates - approximately once a month - are planned for the first half of 2026. After the summer break, the group will continue with new dates if there is interest.

George and Lutz will occasionally lead short exercises and introduce topics. Material will be made available to the participants afterwards

There is an option for a preliminary meeting to get to know George.
