One-day seminar - Positive neuroplasticity: from knowledge to experience

One-day seminar for former course participants and people interested in Positive Neuroplasticity.

How I can transform positive facts into lasting neuronal markers.

"Our brain is like Teflon for positive experiences and like Velcro for negative ones." - Rick Hanson.

When it comes to positive experiences, the brain generally finds it particularly difficult to install them neuronally. For many of us, this means that we are constantly on the lookout for new stimuli, kicks and thus neuronal activation, which may satisfy us in the short term, but leave hardly any positive traces in the brain in the long term.

If, on the other hand, we improve the conversion rate of good, everyday facts into positive, lasting experiences, then we need much less activation in the form of (over)stimulation and kicks and could transform even simple, everyday experiences into lasting experiences and neuronal characteristics of satisfaction, connectedness and security.

Positive neuroplasticity training promotes the brain's ability to absorb positive experiences and shows how we can consciously transform fleeting states into lasting qualities.

Contents:

  • Refreshing knowledge about positive neuroplasticity with valuable exercises such as the HEAL method

  • Focus on understanding how I move from knowledge to experience

  • Numerous examples and exercises to improve my individual conversion rate

  • Social relevance of the (inadequate) conversion rate of positive facts into lasting experiences and how we can change this (in schools, at work, in private life)

The one-day seminar is primarily intended as a refresher for former participants of the three-day PNT basic seminar. Anyone interested in Positive Neuroplasticity Training can also take part.
