One-day seminar - Neurodharma

One-day seminar for former course participants and people interested in Positive Neuroplasticity.

Dharma essentially means "the truth of things". Neurodharma means grounding the truth of our mind - our joys and sorrows, our suffering and happiness - in the truth of our brain, nervous system and body and making it tangible.

In the book "Neurodharma", Rick Hanson combines neuroscience with Buddhist wisdom tradition in a unique way. In the book, Rick Hanson describes 7 stages to inner freedom, awakened consciousness and true happiness. We can experience and neuronally enrich these 7 stages in individual steps and thus come closer to the experience of freedom and fulfillment step by step. These 7 stages include the experiences of warmth of heart, abundance, wholeness, nowness and timelessness. We will try to activate some of these experiences in the mind and body during the day seminar.

Positive neuroplasticity training promotes the brain's ability to absorb positive experiences and shows how we can consciously transform fleeting states into lasting qualities.

Contents:

  • Refresher (or introduction to) knowledge of Positive Neuroplasticity with valuable exercises such as the HEAL method

  • Understanding the basic needs and systems of the brain and nervous system

  • Experience-based exercises

  • Introduction to Neurodharma - The 7 steps to inner freedom and true happiness

  • Experience-based exercises for the individual levels

The one-day seminar is primarily intended as a refresher for former participants of the three-day PNT basic seminar. Anyone interested in Positive Neuroplasticity Training can also take part.

In addition to this one-day seminar, there is also the opportunity to read the book Neurodharma by Rick Hanson together. If you are interested in joining the reading group, which is expected to meet online on 8 dates from September to October, please write directly to hello@in-resonance.ch
