One-day seminar - The tip of the root
One-day seminar for former course participants and people interested in Positive Neuroplasticity.
The fourth step of Positive Neuroplasticity Training - 'taking in the good ' - is about getting to the deeper, more vulnerable layers of our painful issues. This deepest layer is called "the tip of the root" and often lies in early childhood experiences where the brain was particularly receptive to negative imprints.
In this seminar we explore how we can lovingly recognize, understand and transform old, deeply rooted patterns.
Using the HEAL method and experiential exercises, we cultivate compassion and inner support for our younger selves while strengthening the ability to hold difficult issues in awareness without being overwhelmed by them.
The aim of the one-day seminar is to activate the brain's positive resources in a targeted way and to strengthen the inner foundation of security, belonging and self-compassion - step by step, starting at the "tip of the root".
Contents:
Refresher (or introduction) to positive neuroplasticity training and the HEAL method
Exploring the "tip of the root" - working with the youngest, most vulnerable layers
Exercises for compassion and inner support for the child within us
Mindfulness practice and bodywork to integrate difficult emotions
Using positive neuroplasticity to strengthen resilience and inner peace
The one-day seminar is primarily intended as a refresher for former participants of the three-day PNT basic seminar. Anyone interested in Positive Neuroplasticity Training can also take part.
