Cultural Development

Culture development is initially about clarifying which values and which culture a team or an organization wants to cultivate. Once this is known and supported by all team members, cultural elements are defined that can be integrated as directly as possible into everyday work and made as measurable as possible.


Conflict Management

It is normal for conflicts to arise even in functioning teams. This can have various causes, often overload situations, conflicts of values, unspoken needs or a leadership vacuum. Especially teams that are self-organized or function with little hierarchy need clear rules and a transparent process for conflict resolution.


Team coaching

Unlike individual coaching, team coaching is less about the individuals and more about the relationships among them. What contribution does the individual make to successful functioning and cooperation within the group? How does the behavior of the individual affect the well-being of the group?
